I found a win - win situation for the corporate owner, the rail road land owner, and the community who were plagued by the vagrants steeling and causing mischief.

The goal is to keep these for rentals.I currently own the land personally and am funding the builds with a combination of HELOC and cash - no bank debt tied to these properties specifically.

Just show the arcades, and you can show pics of the rest of the room in later photos.Your first pic is important, and also the first 5 pics, because that is what shows on your landing page. 

A few showings, one low ball...but this time of year in that area, things just slow down. 

Ram, this is an established model in Texas and land oriented states that I have direct experience with.

Taking a trip to the city will also help you get a lay of the land and what you can expect from the specific market you settle on.

I have also used Note Service Center and Land Home.

Gotta say, the discussions here have been pretty informative, especially with folks like @Taylor L. and Andrew sharing their insights.Looking at your list, I’ve actually known invetors who recently ventured into Memphis and Greensboro.
