Families love the schools and youth athletics in that area. 

The one weak point for tech would be that the Big 12 (a huge selling point for the school) is dying so they may not be a part of a major athletic conference after 2025, and that could hurt enrollment. 

As is evidence by the majority of professional athletes and lottery winners losing everything. 

Ask all of those ex-athletes who made millions but were not able to keep it.
