We aren't in "US is going to default and is an inherent credit risk" at 6X national debt to tax revenue ratio, but we are getting close to "let's be wary" territory for creditors. 

MOST transaction aren’t BELOW market, although I’d venture that 85% of those buyers BELIEVE they’re purchasing real property at a discount.  

Hyde Park is a little tough since there aren't many (if any) plots of vacant land or vacant homes there.Why Kansas City?

Aren't the guests paying for the cleaning fees?  

I plan for a time when they can be there and check in and make sure there aren't any maintenance items they haven't told me about.

Hey @Shaheen Ahmed, A lot of deals aren’t top performers right out of the gate, but the key is finding ways to maximize income to offset costs like taxes.Stay consistent with analyzing deals you’ll find an area that works for you.

I have found that in many STRs we have stayed at, they aren't cleaned well and look scummy or even mildewed.
