I have the ambition and drive to be successful I just need help with the know-how.

I desire to do something more challenging and rewarding and I have always dreamed of owning real estate.I am coming into this journey with newly found ambition after losing over 130 pounds and counting! 

In the mean time attend real estate networking events in your area, you might actually meet someone in one of those events that will be ideal for your ambitions.

Fueled by caffeine and ambition, I start to look for any patterns and start to run statistical tests to find any outlying data.

They are doing everything the business owner would do...without the pride or payoff of ownership.I've never been able to trust a GM who didn't have the ambition to want to replace me anyhow.

The reality is that the RE industry has become an intangible Las Vegas - ambition for riches overcoming logic and good sense.

I had ambitions of getting into RE investing for a couple years before that purchase and it seemed like the natural first step.

But like yours our ambitions are BIG! 

The problems I've had with these ambitions is either too much risk and not enough reward (Opening a computer repair store) or risking missing out on an opportunity because of lack of experience or not enough education (Becoming a VP, since currently all I have to offer education wise are books that I've read and a high school diploma.

I don't weigh people's character or ability based on track record; but it does give insight into their goals and ambitions.
