If so you may have some full doc options which have the best rates typically and terms.Like others have mentioned you have DSCR loans too but this only allows you to purchase non owner occupied properties (not primary residence or second home occupancy type properties).

As Bill mentioned, the best way to decide would be to get a free cost/benefit analysis to help you determine if you would benefit.

As I mentioned, it's a fine enough app, with enough logic and capability for small-scale acquisitions from the looks of it.

The contrast between them and the small GC I employed on the aforementioned construction loan rehab-'-who was honest, well intentioned and took pride in their work yet lacked management and financial skills--was truly illuminating.

You mentioned there are multiple parcels, is this just a coincidence or historically are similar parcels available?
