Jacksonville is the biggest city in the US, land wise, so even my sister who has lived there all of her adult life (20 years now) does not know all of the areas.

For those of us who may prefer an adult beverage while we talk RE, I checked our Sam's Boat in Silverlake Village yesterday afternoon at around 2pm and they have nice covered deck area where we can chat.

I'm from Virginia and have lived here most of my adult life. 

Each county is different, but I have paid $95 for each adult occupant on the lease, while not having any rent coming in while the courts arrange for a date 2-3 weeks out ( in my county).

The seller is a nonprofit that was using it as a transitional living facility for mentally underdeveloped adults. 

The house has 6 adults and one 2 year old.

They are a retired couple and pay cash on time and lived there for 10 years.Their adult daughter reached out looking to rent the renovated side.

Normally I have all adult occupants be on the lease.

@Paul Sandhu  Awesome - I lived in Holcomb for a couple years mid 00's for my first "Adult Job" and took to bird hunting in HS - upland hunting followed by Mule deer is my passion - if I could I'd be out bird hunting 2-3 days a week from Nov to Jan and then hunt out of state in Feb for a couple weeks in the southern states that stay open.

We've had a number of situations like yours where we rented it to a family, and then the accessory was occupied by a married adult son/daughter and their spouse.
