@Manju NatI got the same mailers on several properties and the value that they said my properties were worth were no where near accurate.

I'm not sure if this is BRRRR deal or flip but the numbers are fairly accurate. 

Hey @Suman Nandi, no matter what tool you use, you will never get a 100% accurate picture.AirDNA can be useful but it can be inaccurate thus you want to use the enemy method as well.There is no all in one tool to find zoning laws.

IF this is accurate the only way it's financially worth it for me is if I purchase a home under 400K.
