We have a property that a number of months ago we had a plumber that had to clean out the sewage drain lines and he took a video and pictures and the line was plugged with what looked to be industrial strength shop wipes/paper towels, tampons, rags,  ect…We got contacted by the property manager that the line was stopped up again.

We also have a screening requirement to do a video interview with any applicant having a FICO score under 620 - the whole point is to have them show us their kitchen, bathroom and one other room.

I haven't purchased leads myself, but I don't think it gets any better than getting them straight from your local newspaper or online service in your city.I think the accuracy has to be better.
