It takes longer to realize, but the gain is worth so much more than a couple hundred dollars of cash flow a month.

In my opinion it is not worth it.

Is it worth investing in education or mentorships (WREIN is what I have been looking into but am skeptical).  

For what it's worth, we offered our homes at a discounted rate for a former guest who was looking for a place to stay.
