Hi Andrew, thank you for your reply.My idea was managing the turnkey process from A-Z for my relative, which means finding property by using wholesalers and realtor, finding a contractor for the fixing, using a property manager, and being the boots on the ground for this whole process because my relative is living abroad.How much would you charge for this work? 

A great realtor can probably set up a better and more detailed search for you with all the parameters you want vs any of the public facing websites like Z you mentioned.Also depends on your budget and borrowing capacity as to what you can buy....so again building a team is important and the very first step is getting a great lender on your team who can get you prequalified for a loan....and then you can go shoppling.

Currently I am combing the BP forums, (which is why I see so many of your posts) watching YouTube videos, doing some reading, etc. in order to build a business plan and to have an A-Z understanding of how it all works.

I've bought his stuff (A-Z) its good, but razor bladding out just one deal scenario and training just that is a huge help for new folks.Back to marketing;  I've looked at freedomsofts videos, myreipro and now push button marketer and feel Crump as a huge asset and the push button marketure is the better looking marketing platform. 

Therefore, we needed to go with a Z-Wave compatible lock.

I've heard a couple of podcasts mention purchasing a rental with the intention of turning it over to child x,y,z when they come of age to use for education, or -- life. 

A-Z can be whatever you want it to be in residential SFR and neighborhood classification, because it's all made up!
