While finishing my undergrad, I decided that I wanted to gain more knowledge and open more doors for opportunities involving real estate, so I applied and was accepted into a few different MSRE programs. 

For Grad school, even more than for undergrad, the school' reputation in your industry is very important.

Anything under about 3% (undergrad loans) I'm going to stretch out as long as possible, as I suspect they are not even keeping up with inflation.

Currently I am living in Chicopee, and have been for 2 years now but I was in undergrad school in the eastern portion of Springfield.

If this will be your home you likely don't want undergrad students and at least in our area student units are typically furnished except grad students where they look for year round unfurnished (but that may just be unique here).  

Going around campus it seem most student housing is for undergrads...Is my impression correct?

I finish undergrad in May; however, I have another year for my MSA and plan to sit for the CPA exam.

They also help the little guy (me), but maybe only because a Sr Tax Associate and I go back to undergrad days.

The University in town has ~4,000 undergrad students and the Major University (UConn) which is a 15 minute drive has ~19,000 undergrad students.
