I've never used your supplier.

Niagara Conservation has discontinued this model and it is becoming scarce (we bought all the remaining inventory from our supplier).  

I have a couple of different sources for my cabinets for multis and flipping.Just curious if anyone has any incredible cabinet suppliers or what everyone uses for great pricing options.

My supplier also accounts for the 15% of people who move every year so that out-of-date addresses are, in large part, eliminated.From there, all that I need to do is direct mail the note holders.

What I have found is a good source of an education and knowing where local suppliers are is to get contractors to come out and give me a bid.

Sounds like a good plan.Now you need to open commercial accounts at HD and Lowes, join a local REIA to take advantage of their supplier discounts, talk to an insurance agent, make sure your credit bureaus are in good shape, get pre-qualified, buy a property and talk your friends and family into helping with the re-hab.Good Luck.

Of course they don't do this for anybody we were top log suppliers to Menasha in the 90sThen there is the tracts that we could short plat  IE create 4 lots... again value add.. buy right off of MLS  log short plat and sells building lots.. between these activities we also did very well.. the neat thing about logging in our areas Permits are over the counter and your good to harvest in 3 days. 

Looking ahead and seeing who uses what type of suppliers for kitchen and bathroom cabinets in the local Twin Cities area.
