Let me try to explain this as best as I can...To all investors, if someone was to bring you a deal and says "Hey, I would like to partner with you on this deal because I do not have money or experience (finding contractors, reading estimates, and supervising the flip, etc.) but I have a deal and I can show you numbers" is that enough for you to be a 50% partner with the deal finder considering that you're putting in the money and doing most of the work?

These people know the law really well.So basically transactions regarding property are supervised, governed and administered by government appointed officials, notary public and land registrar, and they can solve any doubts a prospective buyer has about a property transaction.Notary offices also can explain buyers how to file the taxes derived from purchasing or selling property, and point them to the relevant IRS offices to liquidate their taxes.The land registry here is a nationwide public system where everything is recorded.

Teams help set you up to succeed and learn the business.agreed i have seen many top producers start on teams and then move on and become very good agents.as for who to talk to with questions I would think your broker or manager at your office is the one to do that with.. keep in mind its mandatory to supervise your agents.. they cant just hire them and then duck.

My brother in law is supervising the renovation, including performing most of the work himself(would be closer to $12k without him), he will be responsible for property management, and performing any future maintenance work that arises without charging for his time, only supplies.
