I'm hearing demand for houses is high but inventory is low, would have thought fewer sales would result it appraisers sitting around - just my perception.

This 1: helps society out, getting more people vaccinated but 2 and perhaps more important to landlords: limits your risk.

I know some people are iffy with paying your due share in society .

I think one of the largest issues in our society is people don't want to take responsibility for their actions and this is a case of that. 

We live in a money-hungry society and tenants, pedestrians, contractors, and refused tenants are looking to sue or get hurt to sue.

My strategy with "stopping by" is that the medium of email is oftentimes interpreted in the perception of the reader, not the sender. 

We are living in a time when consumers have the greatest access to research, reviews and reference information to look up who or what is best in literally seconds, and our society promotes doing this non-stop.
