Ask to speak with some of their current owners and current/former tenants.

Their commercials seem higher quality than the no on prop 33 commercials (who have similar budgets but from much more sources).Hopefully voters educate on this and strike down this proposition for the third time. 

.* Work Quality: Jenny never showed up to the house, she sent 2 people instead, she never mentioned she would not show up herself, she never asked for approval to send two others instead, they did not complete the job, and there were multiple unauthorized charges on my card.* Receipts and Expenses: Once I brought to Jenny's attention that we were 20k above budget, she refused for days to give me the receipts, saying that I needed to give her my credit card statement first.

Thinking you can identify scammers by speaking to them or reading reviews is naïve.

Being completely transparent - any CPA can use tax / legal jargon to make a “great sounding sales pitch”, but if their firm has a reputation of low-quality client service and higher than market CPA fees, it’s likely not a fit.

Ask to speak with the duty agent and advise them they received a referral with additional concerns about RAD's operation from the SEC, that you're a victim of RAD and want to give them information about your investment. 

But, that is not always the right answer and you should speak with someone familiar with your personal situation to get advice specific to you.

Perhaps a better vetting of the buyers on the BP side will enable better quality leads?

I have seen REI Hub recommended on here, but I am unsure of their ability to work with local banks, so if anyone has any experience they can speak of that would be greatly appreciated.
