A scope is especially important on properties where the sewer line would be particularly expensive to replace (for instance, if the sewer line replacement would require breaking up and re-pouring a driveway, or removing numerous mature trees--these things can cost significantly more money above and beyond the cost of replacing the sewer line).

There have been complaints filed by multiple parties. having been a broker for many decades and owning 3 brokerages over the years.. at least out this way when complaints come into the DRE and they are numerous they will most certainly send an investigator to this companies office and request the books.

If you are new, you want the teaching type.You can hire individual specialists in asset protection, legal documents, estate planning, and so on, but my belief is that it's better to get that in a training program focused on real estate investing by investors.

If not, you can always increase the rent to market value, but my guess is it being California, there are limits to rent increases.There are rent caps but they do not apply to single family homes owned by individuals (not LLCs or Corps)
