@Lucy Iburg there are a lot of good suggestions for this on a local Facebook group called millennial investor focus group.

We have many businesses that have fled the city, yet there are millennials on up who are enthralled with the idea of living there. 

Today we have not enough houses and too many buyers - 84 million millennials have started to buy and they are not going to move back home.
