We intended the property to cater to a variety of groups including corporate and yoga retreats.

I feel having a restaurant tenant will help to fill out the rest of the space pretty quickly if the food is good.Here is a link to the property.

I have had similar issues with families on occasion.VRBO is just a platform, they don't go out of their way to cater to groups of workers.

Hmmm, guess you didn't notice that @Michael Plaks is an "Enrolled Agent".There are hot dog vendors, there are fast food cooks, there are sit down resaurant cooks and there are fine dining chefs.
