It had been empty since it was purchased in 2017 as the owner purchased the home for his father and made updates (new HVAC/water heater, bathroom fixtures, flooring, kitchen, also a new roof was put on in April due to hail damage).

This set of tenants completely shocked us (trying to hide things they broke, then actually going as far as stating they left the home in better condition than when they moved in, the father had a verbal confrontation with a female neighbor, they were not paying for trash for over a year and were stuffing the neighbor's bins with their own trash, leaving piles on side yard behind gate, etc.).
