State Farm agencies are notorious for underinsuring condos.

It was a waste of money, and I think if you're truly at the level that requires a sophisticated legal structure, you should build a relationship with an independent lawyer and not an agency. 

I do work with clients as well as part of my agency business! 

I should explain that our little outfit has been investigated in the past by the federal government, due to our own stupidity, and so we also cooperate extensively with a few agencies today in our operations.

The lender has no duty to the 2nd borrower and vice versa and in fact, the lender may be negligent to regulatory agencies, examiners, investors, the U.S.

I'd lean toward believing a Masters in Real Estate would serve agency well and an MBA more on the investor side but that's just top of my head thinking with nothing to back that up.

Do these agencies ever make a mistake ?
