On paper it looks good, but the reality is a different story.

As a few have mentioned, the best way would be to call the listing agents directly, but depending on how much time you want to dedicate, setting and going on multiple appointments with different people could prove to be time-consuming.

There's many different avenues you could take.

I attend tax conferences at least once a year to learn different tax strategies and network with investors.

Oh yea major price differences....I'd imagine It'd fetch around $3.5M if I were to try and sell what i've got.

A partnership vs. disregarded LLC warrants consideration- you face different reporting requirements, limitations, etc.
