I know I can wright off my taxes for the side I charge rent but what if I charge my girlfriend rent while I live with her...

If there is no lease, how are you going to charge rent?

My first thought was to buy a house/duplex and charge rent, put the profit from rent away with money from work, then sell the house for a decent upside.Factors would include getting a good deal in the first place but as of now, I would still need traditional financing to do so.Any and all suggestion would be helpful and appreciated.Thank you in advance!

This year we will add solar and Batteries with Electric Vehicle chargers so we can rent to more affluent tenants. so many Healthy home programs.

I heard lots of stories of parents buying apartments so there children have a place to live in 4 years and then either sell the property or charge rent to students in the future.

You get the amount you agreed upon- you can't keep charging that, there's no pet to charge rent for.
