Also, we keep our vac rental stocked with paper goods, soaps, detergents, coffee filters, and a few other small things that guests appreciate but it can add another $50-$100 per month in the summer season.

Last sentence is so true across the states in my limited experience in NY, VA, FL, CA, TX: Agents still generally IGNORE even those 70% cash offers, not even presenting them in the case of CA.. still can't understand why; guess they're not afraid of review by CA BRE?

We also provide our guests with basic toiletries (mini shampoos, conditioner, soap, shower gel and lotion, makeup remover wipes). 100 pcs cost about 100 in total.Make up remover wipes were huge so guests do not leave stains on our towels.Each guest gets a bottl of wine when they arrive.
