I've never heard of a Work Comp waiver - it's possible it exists in some states.If you have a person who would normally be defined as your employee for Work Comp purposes and they get seriously maimed on your project site I'm betting that waiver isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

I've seen that too which is a little sad considering that's one of the things I miss from working in my old large public firm.I can certainly see where you're coming from and I was wondering myself on how the SUoP would be defined since there isn't really a standard definition defined by the IRS with regard to construction/renovation.

He has definately earned his pay selling my homes or helping me buy existing homes, but this was the higher pay and the least amount of work. . 2) The price was exactly the same if I didn’t have a realtor and the builder kept the $18k. .
