Definitely do some testing to see which software best fits the needs of your business.

Although during an audit, a cross auditor with an unpleasant attitude, or who for some reason dislikes the client, or is just having a bad day might disallow it- causing either a fine or going to court making the client pay for that (And no one wants to be a test case $$$$$$).

Have you tested the market yet with this set up?

We are leaning towards testing the waters for putting it on the market even though originally it was going to be a long term buy and hold.

I'm a flight test engineer by day, currently stationed at Eglin Air Force Base, FL (just across the bay from Destin). 

It allows me to test the waters and see If I want to continue. 

I assume the lock works just fine to get in but I am 7 hours away and can't test it.

So in a way, I feel we have stood the test of time and that in itself would prove our trustworthiness per se.

This first property is a test case to see if I want to continue investing in CR (or perhaps mexico and belize later).
