Presently, I am living abroad in Victoria, Australia.

I’m french and I leave in Australia so I can invest in Europe and Oceania easily.

I am currently spending half year in Australia and the other in China.

My understanding is that this has not been allowed in the US until recently do to tax reasons, but is more common in Canada and Australia. 

My journey started slowly by just reading and listening to podcast but has gotten more serious in the last year when I obtained my Real Estate License in Victoria, Australia while I was living abroad.

Hi guys First time poster, I Live in Australia and am interested in moving into the US market. 

I would like to buy and renovate properties for rentals but I live in Sydney Australia and house prices here are super high and generally negatively geared. 

We have owners not only nation wide but also globally ranging as far as Ireland, England and Australia.
