Be careful with anything that sounds "flashy" and the targeted audience is a low-financially-iterated group of folks.There're reasons why a much better reward/risk ratio investment is only available to QP or AI level.For me, this is just another "line of credit" from an asset class offering.

My Q1 2018 plan is mostly to get knowledgable:- Get more involved in the BP forums (post at least 4x times a week)- Consume REI content (listen to 3x BP podcasts a month, watch 5x BP Youtube videos a month, etc)- Meet more investors or people in the industry - would love to find a mentor (attend at least 2 meetups/events a month)For Q2, I will iterate on my plan based on what I've learned in Q1.
