If a woman is pregnant or someone has knee replacement surgery, they can get a handicap parking placard . . . but there's an end date because we have an expectation of healing!

During the 10 months they were in the unit, the woman moved out and then back in and then forced her guy out and then he moved back in and then the other guy moved back home and they really couldn't pay the rent.

Since then, I have had to evict two tenants using attorneys, which were very costly, one tenant stabbed two women and went to prison for 8 years, one tenant beat up an elderly man, and one seemingly bubbly woman committed suicide and i had to deal with family out of state who could not get along, and a few tough other scenarios.

The entire time of the construction we got dirty looks from the neighbors and even 1 woman stormed into the building one day angry at us for choosing the same color siding than her and for building apartments near her house....

what about the woman that has 6 kids with different last names?

A couple of years ago I decided I wanted more for my life and embarked on a personal development journey. 

They think that if I can find a cheaper condo in a nicer/safer, more centrally located area, I can command the rent to cover HOA’s.I don’t mind buying in South Dallas or some other areas if I feel safe (I’ll be a single woman, living alone, I’ve had run ins before) and I think my investment will at least hold its value.

However, he had established tenancy (by using the house address for his mail and his business) and turns out that he basically had all of the rights of a tenant without doing any of the paperwork.The woman on my lease signed an agreement to terminate her lease because she didn't want to move back in after getting out of the hospital, but by the attorney's instructions I still had to go through an eviction process listing her 'and any other occupants' since he wasn't on the lease.

The woman (who's name is on the lease) just notified me that she is leaving but the male wants to stay and sign for 1 more year.

Either way it wouldn't matter to me, I'd be more concerned if I were the woman....
