@John Cassel @Dontelle Wilkens I’m in Charlotte as well, I’ll be traveling next week for work but would be great to stay in touch/meet up at some point (as well as others in Charlotte...I’m on my phone and can’t remember enough people to tag them).

This area draws a lot of foreigners too and the large bedroom count can accommodate multiple families traveling together for vacation.A friend of mine who is an agent in the area has a few clients buying in Davenport for the short-term rental options.  

Is the distance of travel decreasing by 10 minutes?

This is a story about how my husband and I stacked the concepts we learned from financial podcasts- live in flipped, travel hacked, BRRR, buy and hold rental real estateI was inspired to write this after hearing the BiggerPockets Money podcast #69.

I can’t wait for the time that we could travel to Peru and Texas back and forth with no money or time restrictions.

I do plan to keep record of all travel costs to potentially write off come tax season.

When I travel to the Quote un Quote cash flow markets of the mid west and rust belt you can see how industry came and then died.. its taken 20 to 50 years for many of these cities to stabilize and regentrify and you can see the boneyards of massive industrial complexs that were mothballed.. 

Does anyone know this means or includes (ie travel costs, mortgage fees, utilities, landscaping, etc???).

I would have kept working with him but he didn't want to travel so far.
