One thing to look out for is that investors get caught up with the Brand, but some of these brands are tired and poorly run by the franchisee.

We have guests arriving on Sunday and I need that internet up.I combined this trip with a visit to my son at WSU to get his snow tires on.

I have intentionally been kicking the tires on properties that I already know that I likely won't like enough to write an offer. 

Even tired properties that need some love are getting a lot of offers due to low inventory.

They're getting older and are tired of dealing with ongoing property issues.

It's a nice, quiet family area where if you're priced correctly and the home is in good shape, it should rent somewhat quickly this time of year.Your ad should be clear and concise as to what is required so you can eliminate as many tire kickers as possible.
