How many lotto winners are there vs. people that buy tickets?

Last week they had the ground breaking ceremony in Fresno.... we should be connected to the Bay Area and Los Angeles in 20 years, can't wait to buy a ticket.

The only thing I noticed is there is a $500 ticket on the door for unsightly conditions.Are there any specific questions any experienced rehabers would recommend that I ask?

A true investor will count their time going there, the cost of hotel/plane ticket, their efforts, and all associated expenses, time is always money.
