I’ve thought about doing that, just since commercial office space category is in a challenging place right now, but I’m still wrapping my head around this whole industry.

Sharing this here with the hope of getting thoughts from someone more experienced...I found a family who agreed to rent out my place for six months.

I'm open to any and all thoughts and ideas. 

At any point any of these bad actors - whom this country likely has no clue who they are or what their intentions are - can do something drastic not limited to attacking our power grid; and most Americans aren't prepared for no electricity.

What are your thoughts on Linens (for beds and towels?).

I thought about doing cash out refi, but my current rate is 3.5%. 

If it's not possible ask your inspector to keep a special eye on the utilities and be prepared to take on a little more risk.
