Previous PM was adamant that the rents would not sustain an increase so rent was stagnant for most of this time.

OK so now we get into audiences, and more specifically, targeting the ideal audience.Once you figure out how to target that ideal audience, now you have to figure out your message to that specific audience group.So extract their pains and desired situation and craft a message that COMPLETELY resonates with them.The better job you do the better success you have.Now ...before you even start... remember what I said.

Obviously, doing it all myself will only be long-term sustainable if I can BRRRR out the cash  (this brings up a question that I'll ask in a new post).
