So I have 30 parking spots and really should have 60 spots to be safe for the type of business that is renting. 

I will use my knowledge in the home inspection field, owning and operating my home inspection business, the relationships i will make during that time, my experience in being a landlord and my knowledge as an licensed electrician and home inspector to help convince my investors that i am serious and have the skin in the game to get deals done.

Part of my business model has been not just profit but an enjoyment for the work.

On page 245 of this same book (Kiyosaki's) I'll quote him, "If you are serious about doing business, then you do NOT want to do business as a private citizen.

Panama City Beach, Miramar Beach and 30A has been busy for equity or cashflow based investors.

So many developers have been welcomed by small businesses and residents that are now moving to the area, making it ideal for rental properties. 

They forget our brokerage, team, and lead sources put their hands into that check first as well.After August 17th, only the best will continue to prosper in my opinion because it's going to get harder and harder to start from scratch in the business.
