Seen the life locals have to do just to get by - not a fan of 2 jobs plus seasonal side jobs.Read RDPD (rich dad poor dad) and it opened my eyes to the values of real estate.I plunged into the beginners guide offered by bigger pockets.

You can't make sound investment decisions that way.62 is the minimum retirement age to collect SS benefits and it's a fraction of what a person would get at full retirement.So, even if you didn't do any work to the place and cut her a break until her 62nd birthday, she won't have much money to pay rent and live on.loan modifications are based on a person's ability to pay.

However, I would not let how much you can expense be the decision maker as to whether or not you'd visit the property, and a few hundred bucks should likely not affect your deal analysis much.

Can't decide if this is a good business decision or a petty decision.Tenants provided 17 day notice to vacateTenants were advised that they are in violation of the lease by not providing 30 days notice.
