In other words I wouldn’t dump 10 grand in a 40 grand house for just the wiring .

They " think" you made 15 grand in a day . 

lending a few hundred grand not going to do much in the way of a business but its a nice avenue for investor as opposed to owning the assets you simply become the bank.
