I guess hearing instruction from Brandon and Josh time and again on the podcasts to use the New Member Intro forum finally struck a chord with me.

Every transaction requires instructions from you  (forms and supporting documents),  and a few days for processing and issuance of funds. 

You have no control, there are high fees (often hidden) and you get crushed by taxes.   

Is there a certain number of years to avoid due to possibly hidden problems in foundation, plumping, etc...?
