That doesn't hit the 1% rule. 1% is a good starting point to determine whether to explore the deal more in depth (for me).

There are a bunch of travel hacking blogs out there (Million Mile Secrets, One Mile at Time, etc) that go in-depth on the different cards so check those out.  

Although, with me there are times I don't even know what I'm doing here since I'm not usually looking for particular help, and I don't consider myself to have the same depth of knowledge as folks who've already been mentioned.

They are scary deals and takes a gambler of sorts to get in.

It's tough to see the depth from that bathroom picture, but its a 1ft x 3ft recessed shelf (same size as the window above it)

The main thing you lose with cellphone is the depth of field settings, focal length,  and control over your light quality.
