Why are you so desperate to mislead the public?

Or worse yet they run credit checks and look past the warning signs because they are desperate to get their place rented.

How Binghamton (and other towns like it) mishandled the situation out of desperation in NY, where taxes aren't really regulated from what I've learned, is the city/county councils or the townspeople (not sure which or if it's a combination) decided to raise taxes through the roof to try and stop the bleeding.Just for grins - well, I shouldn't say grin, as it's really sad - but for edification purposes - take a look at what you can buy in Binghamton for the money. 

But, even a Buddhist doesn't need to allow someone to commit a crime without reporting it.My guess is that they are desperate, and I understand that. 

It is also very uncomfortable and nerve-racking having her in the home, which is why we are desperate to find a way to expedite this!

And, desperate times mean desperate measures.

Don't sound too desperate, as that vibe will leak through and might scare people off since you're next door.  

Go homeless once with no help from anywhere and when you get desperate enough tell me what you would do? 

But when people are in difficult and desperate situations they will get scammed.  

You learn if they show up on time, if they bring someone who speaks for them instead of being able to speak for themselves, if they show up with an entourage that reeks of pot, you can walk them out to their vehicle to see if it's full of trash and filthy, if they smell of smoke, if they are a couple and argue about everything loudly, if they have screaming, unruly children, if they don't ask about normal things like where is the laundry, what's the parking situation, how big are the closets...all things that point to someone desperate.
