Can a landlord deny a Section 8 prospect?

If the subdivision was denied I would be stuck with the property and unable to build.

It is not even legal to deny someone out of fear they will get back with their boyfriend.

I will find the details and attach later, but there are HUD groups out west right now that are trying to make it where you can't deny someone based off of their criminal background because it vastly affects a protected class more, same with source of income. 

I have never been denied an extension.   

Any contractor who denies walking properties with you for any reason either isn't qualified for the job or is just looking for quick cash a few days a week to get by and isn't serious about their work.

You cannot deny the family because of the lead paint either, that's considered discrimination (you're refusing them because they have a kid) and is against the anti-discrimination laws of the state.
