yeah, that's granite in the kitchen. that back splash is coming off, i can't stand tiled back splash. the cabs are getting painted white. the basement is semi finished. it has nice planks on the ceiling. i normally want everything exposed, but it's nice enough that makes it look cozy.

I only have history to go by.. and my history in the Bay Area was life changing for me personally.. like to think I created all my business ventures out of thin air but that did not happen they came from tax free gains on personal resi in the good Ole bay area  LOL.And a Lessor extent ORegon.

It even listed speeding tickets for my otherwise squeaky clean tenants.I also recently go background/credit checks using Cozy's $35 background/credit check service that uses experian.
