Long term game, we are looking to really target multifamily properties for long term wealth accumulation and cash flow, but I don't see how that could even be remotely possible in the CA market without substantial starting capital.Some of my other thoughts creating our indecisiveness include:-Despite the amount of research and networking we do, would out of state investing for a beginner not be advised?

My name is Fabian and I have a couple questions concerning wholesaling!

One reason I was slow to get into REI in the first place was the concern over having enough cash to get started.

My concern is that these houses go under "pending" status on sites like realtor.com.

A) is there any concern moving a 1031 DST ownership into an irrevocable trust within 2 years?

My concern would be if I tried to make it look like a match and it didn't, it may look bad.
