When its happened to me, I have asked my broker to help.

Regardless, I would appreciate any recommendations for commercial real estate brokers, CPAs and lawyers in south central Wisconsin.

A broker approached me with 50 million dollar building thats new construction, the deal is to large for me but I have a friend that my be the right buyer, how much can I ask from the buyer to give me as a finders fee?

Also watch out for any brokers, most of them won't even talk to newbies... i learned the lesson myself (heck i describe it in my real life documentary)...  

There is a cost of entry to obtain your license.....school, exam, licensing, hanging with a broker, MLS fees, lockbox key fees, Realtor association fees, etc.However, the benefits are vast for investors as you get real time access to mls, and access to properties at your convenience with your lockbox key.  

Network with local brokers, agents, and wholesalers, and be responsive when they send you deals. 

It's a corner building next door to a 7-unit building I acquired last year...it couldn't have worked out better in my opinion (I'm a broker and was asked to list it so of course I bought it cheap..the luck!).

Make sure the person are 'partnering with' as far as a broker 1. knows the market 2. knows the other brokers 3. can put his rep on the line for you 4. flip your house and make a profit for you.

We are shocked to discover it is the same bank and broker who almost ruined my deal!
