Sure it matters to some, but plenty of others would rather look over the Eastern Ave border into west of the river Maryland (Mount Rainier, Hyattsville, Riverdale), which doesn’t have the stigma and issues (real and perceived) of EOTR *AND* first-time homebuyers with higher incomes and lower savings l can take advantage of the lower price/higher tax dynamic in MD for down payment issues.

This was in Mishawaka, Indiana - right on the Indiana/Michigan border so could be a similar situation to yours.

This is the first home I will own that doesn't have a basement so I'm curious to what kind of feedback I'll get from tenants but less maintenance on my behalf.Property is in Parma, OH, boarding an A city, IF I was a few houses down the street I would of been in Independence, OH border and this would of been worth a lot more.

Philly is very block by block so crossing a major border could entirely change the acquisition price and ARV.

Easton is right next to New Jersey border.

You don't have to think very hard to identify major bankruptcies - Home Base, Circuit City, Borders, Radio Shack to name a few.
