A realtor is a business system for an investor as it helps automate the process. 

Its people chasing work that will eventually be automated.

I would recommend a PMS system to automate your messaging as well as a dynamic pricing tool at a minimum.

I use Guesty for Hosts to send automated messages like check in instructions for example, I use price labs to price my rental (changes rates from weekdays to weekends, high or low season etc). 

You can automate some but cheaper labor areas will see more benefits of new warehouses for now, as you get more automation you will see more in country warehousing. 

Separate bedroom and living area, full kitchen, pool, gym, secure outdoor courtyard with grill station and fire pit, limited efficient staffing, automated room access, guest communication, and check in/out. 

Resident manager apartment on site and the implementation of automation will make it easy for me to be minimally involved once I get renovations done and everything on track.I’ve done my numbers over and over, and within a year, I’ll have doubled the value.

Or a company just to handle the automated email outreach of content that you will provide?

There was also a company advertising setup much cheaper using automation but I did not look into that cleanly.
