I am launching my FIRST wholesale direct mail marketing campaign next week! 

Looking to buy software that help me as a startup business generate more leads, I'm looking for great software like text blasts, call blasts, and direct mail campaign.

I am currently overseas for the next 2 months, and I want to know how I can begin a marketing campaign for duplexes to 4plexes while I am abroad.

The reason being that direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 4 weeks apart from each other.

You do all the advertising, screening, the owner opens the door for the applicants and lets them see the place and that's all.

Throw a used pool table in the living room instead of a table, and a school flag on the wall and use it to advertise (just a thought) If you are relatively speaking in the middle of nowhere, and you like cars..

Would it be practical to use one of these services for leads & direct mail campaigns for such a small area?

I've started a postcard/door hanger/letter advertising campaign to try and find off market deals but was wondering if anyone has had any success with these and how many have you had to send out before getting results?
