Would I need regular home owners insurance and land lords insurance for the rental side of the duplex, or just land lords insurance?

Leaving me with a payment including taxes and insurance of about 1600 a month for another 30 years.

Hi BP, Im here on the forums today due to  A important family matter, I recently had A Uncle Pass away, and with no next of kin my mom received the title of administrator of the estate.

Maybe your area will be different, but that size property fits insurance claims, corporate relocation of a family, etc.

I'd figure it'd be when the Title is changed over to the son.
