They were always good about sending someone the next day...but like the A/C...it seemed to only ever be a temporary fix. 

@Dan Oliver thanks for the reply dan but I am actually looking to live there that's why I was concerned about how decent the area was I am willing to take a temporary hit in my living standards to start investing in myself.

I like the idea of bringing on a temporary partner with a buyout clause once we get stabilized in fact maybe I could talk to the landowner and see if he would be interested in doing this.Thanks again for you help I hope to past it on when I get the chance.Bill

BTW, I work mostly around South shore, 60619, just sold a property rather quickly in Roseland area so I will be working that area more often (60628), and I'm working on locking up a few properties in Jeffery Manor area (E. 83rd and 94St.)... and thats just in Chicago.I do Lake County, IN too.

I recomend you buy some duplexes or fourplexes and rent them to local frackers and oil workers who are working there out of town.Keep in mind that alot of properties in that area are inflated and will probably decrease in value after the temporary work is completed but alot of permenant jobs are being created so the housing market overall is looking good.Good luck!

If they could close down stores with low sales and high lease payments they could shore up the books some.

Google drive is a good temporary solution.If you are planning to scale your business you might as well start with a tool that you will use the whole way.

Of course, the construction looks like some mobile home type of temporary housing.
