Get 80-100 miles outside Boston (In towns with terrible highway access so it is a minimum 2 hrs to get there without traffic) you might start getting into 2BR in crappy neighborhoods.In contrast the areas I invest in PA you can get a very nice 2BR in the best part of town or a 3BR in the middle of the road areas.

If it were me, I'd hold off, send a formal letter stating what's in the lease regarding picking up after the dog and see what happens.Also, if she's picking it up every 1-2 days, I don't really see what the big deal is, especially if it's in a low to middle income neighborhood?
