Zillow and Realtor.com are great tool to browse for properties but I would recommend asking a local realtor to set you up with a direct mls feed and include the coming soon property’s.

The line of credit shouldnt be your only way to access funds however just one tool available in case you need it or a find a deal to buy or rehab.The advantages of the fixed cash out loan is that its fixed rate and once the money is disbursed to you at closing its yours and the loan cannot be called due and payable unless for fraud purposes.
